About the role
Help build the brain: ingestion, decision extraction and the MCP server.
DevRamp is a 7-person team building the company brain for engineering teams and their AI agents. We are pre-revenue, bootstrapped and working closely with pilot teams.
What you will do
- Build connectors for GitHub, Slack, Linear and Notion.
- Turn PRs, tickets and threads into dated, evidence-linked decision records.
- Ship and harden the DevRamp MCP server for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.
- Talk to pilot teams and turn what they need into shipped features.
What we are looking for
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js; Next.js a plus.
- Experience with LLM APIs, retrieval or agents.
- Comfort owning features end to end in a small team.
Compensation
Salary and equity are shared during the first conversation and depend on experience.
