DevRamp operates devramp-ai.com and the DevRamp app, which help engineering teams capture and query the reasons behind their code. This page explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect. When you sign up we collect your name, email and workspace details. When you connect a source such as GitHub, DevRamp reads the data you authorise with read-only access in order to build your team’s decision records and answer questions.
How we use it. We use your information to run DevRamp, answer your team’s questions with citations, provide support and improve the product. We never train models on your code or data.
Log data and cookies. Like most websites, we collect basic log data and use cookies to keep you signed in and understand how the site is used.
Service providers. We use trusted providers for hosting, email and analytics. They only process data on our behalf and under agreements that protect it.
Access to your sources is read-only and scoped to what you allow. Data is encrypted in transit, and we limit who on our team can access it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Our site may link to other sites, such as GitHub or X. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
DevRamp is built for professional teams and is not directed at anyone under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version on this page with a new date.
